Pillar Programs

Pillar One: Ethical Decision Making

This first Road pillar program centers around ethical decision making. The facilitator guide, participant worksheets, and accompanying poster are all meant to be resources and can be used separately or together to implement a Road program in your chapter. Participants who utilize these resources will learn one process for making ethical decisions, as well as having the opportunity to practice making decisions using a moral dilemma.

Pillar Two: Time Management, Being Committed to Lives of Excellence Through Balance

This second Road pillar program centers around time management. It’s important to think about the various roles we play in our lives. We play the roles of a fraternity brother, student, new member, co-worker, and possibly, son, brother, uncle, traveler, church member, teammate, etc. It may help us to manage our time better if we have very specific goals for each role that we play.

Pillar Three: Building a names list

Pillar Four: Living the Ritual

How can we possibly live our Ritual without giving away our secrets as members of Delta Tau Delta? If you really think about our Ritual, what resonates with each of you? Are there specific words or phrases that help you understand what it means to be a member of Delta Tau Delta?
